Platinum Roads Panel

The Platinum Roads Panel was established March 9, 2022.  The Platinum Roads Panel is an independent body that shall: (1) advise the City Council on roads, traffic, drainage, and funding sources related to all transportation, including alternative forms; (2) secure public input in this process; and (3) promote transparency in the process of creating a Master Transportation Plan and assist in advising on decisions to secure funding for road improvements.

The Platinum Roads Panel consists of 7 members; 5 regular members and 2 alternate members.  Each Councilmember nominates one regular member and the Mayor nominates the 2 alternate members.  The nominations are then subject to a majority vote of the City Council.  The Platinum Panel will meet at least once a month until completion of the Master Transportation Plan.

All recommendations of the Platinum Roads Panel are subject to the approval of the City Council.

There have been prior Roads and Streets Committees that have done extensive work for the City of Woodcreek and we appreciate all of their efforts.  The supporting documents show prior reports from these committees as well as engineering studies.
