The City of Woodcreek has received an application from Joe Gambino of 1 Pro Lane, Woodcreek, Texas 78676 requesting a Variance to the City of Woodcreek, Ordinance 91.07(B)(3) that states: " Property Owners, residents, and developers who wish to remove a Heritage Tree must request a variance. They must show proof that there is substantial reason to remove a Heritage Tree and placement of a desire structure is not considered to be reason enough to remove a Heritage Tree."
