Overview
The Board of Adjustment is comprised of the Mayor and City Council. The Board has the power to hear and decide appeals where it is alleged there is error in any order, requirement, decision or determination made by an administrative official in the enforcement of Texas Local Government Code Chapter 211 or of Chapter 156 of the City of Woodcreek Code of Ordinances.
