Invitation to Bid – City of Woodcreek Residential Street Mill & Overlay

Sealed bids are invited for the City of Woodcreek Residential Street Mill & Overlay, defined in the Contract Documents. The Project is generally described as a Mill and Overlay of thirty-one (31) residential streets:

1.    Augusta Drive 8.    Champions Court 15. Jack Miller Drive  22. Par View Drive 29. Wildwood Circle
2.    Augusta Lane 9.    Country Court 16. McGregor Circle 23. Pebblebrook Lane 30. Wilson Circle
3.    Brookmeadow Drive 10.  Country Lane 17. Overbrook Court 24. Shady Grove Lane 31. Woodridge Circle 
4.    Brookside Drive 11.  Cypress Point Drive 18. Overlook Circle 25. Spalding Circle 32. Woodview Court
5.    Canyon Circle 12. Doolittle Drive 19. Overlook Court 25. Stonehouse Circle   
6.    Canyon Creek Drive 13. Elmbrook Drive 20. Palmer Lane 27. Tremont Trace  
7.    Champions Circle 14. Garrison Trail 21. Par Circle 28. Westwood Drive  

*(Overlook Circle and Overlook Court are combined in this package)

All streets sum to approximately 9.0 miles in the City of Woodcreek.

Sealed bids in duplicate will be received at: 
Woodcreek City Hall, 41 Champions Circle, Woodcreek, TX 78676 Attn: City Secretary by 1:00 p.m. on  Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

Procedures for submitting bids, bidder qualifications, other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders and corresponding Contract Documents. 
The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at: 
Woodcreek City Hall, 41 Champions Circle, Woodcreek, TX 78676 at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 10, 2023.
