2023 Woodcreek Roads Project - Resident Information
** OFFICIAL CITY OF WOODCREEK NOTIFICATION **
Dear Neighbors,
Alpha Paving has placed an electronic "Roadwork" sign at the entrance to the City of Woodcreek, at RR12 and Woodcreek Drive.
The dates for road construction listed on the sign are: 09/11/2023 - 10-11/2023
From September 11 - September 19, Alpha will ONLY be perform street patching throughout the City.
"Street Patching" involves the contractor removing eight(8) inches or less of asphalt to remove previously existing potholes and other road damage.
Actual paving work will not begin until September 20th.
A Paving Calendar has been created for City Staff by Alpha Paving and is listed under "Supporting Documents" at the bottom of this page.
The Paving Calendar divides the City into 11 Phases of work within the City and is subject to delay, due to weather.

PROCESS for RESIDENT NOTIFICATION:
1. City Staff receives updated Paving Schedule from Alpha Paving. (Subject to Change, Due to Weather Conditions)
2. City Staff will distribute the schedule via email blasts and social media.
3. City Staff will place fliers on residents' doors with specific dates before each road will be paved.
