Road Updates and Funding Survey
Dear Neighbors,
The City of Woodcreek is conducting a brief survey to gather your opinion on road updates and funding. Each resident over 18 years old is asked to complete a survey. The survey can be completed either digitally or by paper copy.
If you would like to access the survey digitally, the survey link is https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RFBMXTB. Note that if there are multiple adults in the residence who wish to respond electronically, a different device for each person must be used.
A paper copy has been mailed to each resident. If you need more copies, they are available at City Hall. Once the paper survey has been finished it can be either: 1) mailed to City Hall at 41 Champions Circle, Woodcreek, TX 78676 or 2) placed in the drop box on the front porch at City Hall.
