Important Drought Restriction Reminders

Woodcreek Residents,

We want to remind everyone that we are still under drought restrictions. Please take note of the following important information from Aqua Texas:

● Water Usage Limit: Aqua Texas customers in the City of Woodcreek are limited to 8,500 gallons of water per month. This is considered an excessive use limit, meaning anything over this amount is deemed excessive.

● The excessive use limit was implemented on September 11, 2023, and remains in place until further notice.

● Enforcement: If a customer exceeds the excessive use limit, they will first receive a letter. If water usage remains high, a second warning will be issued. After two warnings, or in cases of egregious water use, a flow restrictor will be installed on the customer's line.
