Discuss and Take Possible Action to Adopt An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Woodcreek, Texas, Adopting The Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget, Beginning October 1, 2024, and Ending September 30, 2025, In Accordance with Texas Local Government Code Chapter 102; Providing For The Filing of the Budget; Providing That This Ordinance Shall Be Cumulative of All Ordinances; Providing A Severability Clause; And Providing An Effective Date. Discussion and possible action to request a scope of work analysis and cost estimate for projects related to pedestrian mobility, city-wide drainage, a safety enhancement program phase II, and other capital improvement planning topics from the City of Woodcreek's engineering firm, Freeland Turk not to exceed $24,000 in total services for this planning work.
