The City of Woodcreek will hold a special Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, February 25 at 6pm at the Camp Young Judaea ELC Building, to discuss funding the city-wide Stormwater and Drainage Management Plan. The City will consider a possible tax rate increase for this purpose.

In December 2025, Woodcreek’s engineering consultants identified five priority areas of concern from a list of ten preliminary areas with flooding and water runoff issues. The five priority areas include:

  • Brookhollow Drive/Westwood Drive Intersection

  • Tremont Trace/Champions Circle Intersection

  • Wilson Circle/Spalding Circle Intersection

  • McGregor Circle/Spalding Circle

  • Woodcreek Drive/Champions Circle to Ranch Road 12

These projects include flood and runoff mitigation efforts like new and improved culverts, land regrading, and drainage easements.

The Town Hall meeting will discuss specifics of these projects, their benefits to the Woodcreek community, and their associated costs. The City Council wants to hear your feedback, so please mark your calendars to attend.
